Our Classic 30 Minute Bootcamp. 5 Rounds that consist of 1 Minute Bike and 3 Minutes of Strength work that includes TRX, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Dumbbells, Fixed Barbells, and much more. 

BurnCon

The Toughest 30 Minute Class in Town. This consist of 4- 5 Min all out effort workouts, with only 2 minute rest between. 

Burn X

Burn X is our 30 Minute Scale Crossfit Class. Consisting of 1 Longer workout and skill work.
