New To Crossfit? 

We require all new members to complete our On-Ramp Program

What Is On-Ramp?

On-Ramp is 4-5 Personal Training Sessions with one of our experience coaches to help build a strong foundation before moving into classes. This includes: Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Terminology, and Methodology.

Does On-Ramp Cost Extra? 

Yes, Cost is $120. And is a one time fee for On-Ramp

Do I need to do On-Ramp if I came from a Crossfit Box or have Olympic Lifting Experience?

No, we will not require On-Ramp. However, we may require it if we believe it is necessary.
